Marijuana is not a gateway drug. If someone uses marijuana and later down the road tries any other drug, they do so because their attitudes regarding drugs have changed. There is nothing in the chemical makeup of a marijuana plant that would lead anyone to use any other drug, and that is a scientific fact.
As a former firefighter I'd have to say the "interview" with the firefighter was staged. First off he'd have been placed on O2 and taken to the hospital till all signs of intoxication passed. Plus style of helmet he was wearing in the "interview" isn't commonly used in California. The clip is from a comedy show that often edits news stories to make them more funny. It's funny but I am highly suspicious of the interview section of the clip.
What's the difference between a pun and a fart? One is a shift of wit.
