just me 2 pennys but is it for the good of a med site to advert mail order marijuana? didnt think that was legal by any measure ... and can only give ammo to the anti's ... but hey what do i know .....

In order for change to happen, We have to always "push the limits"

In the 14+ months that we have been back posting MOMs info, Not even 1 MOM has had any legal problems.

They have enough problems just trying to put a dent in the "Tons Of Hard Drugs" coming across our borders every day!

It aint worth their time, money or effect, for a mizley 1/8 or a 1/4. Of Medical Marijuana LOL

to each his own ,pushing laws is one thing useing the FEDS mail just is not smart(even worse if you use fedex ,ect read there rules they can open anythingatleast the feds have to have cause of some kind) ... just hope you also inform anyone looking that once you have meds in the mail ifs the FEDS that will be talking to you (and only the buyer as most "mom"s dont put a real return addy for this resone)even if you are legal in a legal state .. its not a "?" of they dont have time to look , if a package "breaks" in transport the reciver will get a visit from the dea ...

I understand where you are coming from Grim, but I allowed this post to be put up for EDUCATIONAL purpose only! TY doesn't have a problem with legitimate MOM businesses as patients need to get their mediciine from somewhere if they are unable to grow their own and if there isn't a dispensary in their area. As a matter of fact in the last few issues of TY magazine we had a 1/4 page advert for a U.S MOM and we also had a banner on here promoting a Canadian MOM. But anyone using a MOM needs to be careful when ever recieving mmj in the mail. Here in Canada the mail is used to send mmj between a DG and the Patient even though Canada Post doesn't like this Health Canada continues to tell exemptees to use this meathod. Different rules for different Country's so it's best the folks are made aware of all PROS / CONS prior to ordering.
