Default no more loud rustling bags???

I just saw a segment where Rhiannon Rose was demo'ing a new vaporizer from Vapor store? anyway, it was a wooden box, that housed the same components of heat block and air pump and temp. control, just like the Volcano. This is where they part., because the Volcano, uses a BAG to catch the vapor and a mouthpiece. This other
vaporizer, used a glass cylinder bong looking thingy, with a tube and mouthpiece.
so the glass cylinder is placed on the main appliance and the vapors enter the glass cylinder., then there is a tube attached to the cylinder and you suck it up through the tube and mouthpiece. So the bag is replaced with a glass cylinder. This ends the loud rustling noise of the volcano cooking bags and it is much quieter, also the vapor is more direct as there is no need to actually disconnect the valve from the chamber and then reconnect to a mouthpiece. not sure what this new vaporizer is called but it is like a wooden box. Does Volcano parts have such an adaptive device for it's Volcano?

It sounds kind of like a Vapor Daddy-style vape.

It depends what you're looking for, really. I personally think bag-style vapes (as opposed to "whip-style," IE, with a glass and plastic hose used for inhalation) give you better efficiency and allow for bigger hits, plus you can pass the bag around the room if there is multiple people. I'd never trade my V for a whip-style.

That said, there's totally a add-on piece for the Volcano that does this, it looks really funky and costs like $250 or something. It looks kinda like a glass sphere that you place on top of your Volcano, with two hoses attached to it. I think I only know one person who's hit one, and he wasn't too big of a fan. I'll see if I can't find a link...

Default a lover of rustling Volcano bags !

The rustling «crinkle-crack» that so many seem to find annoying is music to my ears and always has been.

I am in hospital now with the Volcano beside me.

I have and continue to demonstrate it to any medical professionals that are interested.

Here is to more rustling bags ! I know a few patients that are on list to receive a few, once I am out and a bit recovered.

In case anyone cares...the herble aire does both direct inhale and bag collection.

I bought the V-tower Extreme Vaporizer because you can do both; use it as a whip, or fill up a bag. I thought I would prefer the whip style, but the air is warmer and it's difficult to know how much you are inhaling. Whereas with a bag, I simply count how many bags I've had, (typically I get 3 bags from one bowl), after that the flavor takes a serious dive. I too hate the crinkling noise of the bag, especially when it starts getting dirty, it gets REALLY loud then! But I still prefer it to the whip style. The vapor is cooler, and you can walk around while taking hits from the bag.

I clicked on this thread because I thought somebody had finally come out with a type of plastic that doesn't crinkle, damnit! Oh well, maybe I'll try some different turkey bags at the store next time I replace my bag. Thicker plastic might not be as loud, maybe?
