    Default blue mystic!

here it is first week of veg growth but she is already showing promise!

my goal is to let her veg for a month or two then flip the switch.

right now she is in a little pot but will get transplanted mid week this week to a 5 gallon smart pot, i am going to run all organic using the happy frog organic soil with perilite added and using the foxfarm nutes.

i am going to use a milkcrate around the smart pot so i can take this to an extreme LST style growth, whether i am going to top or not is undetermined at this point, but not out of the picture.

I plan to stretch this plant all the way around the milkcrate to make a box shaped plant

this sprout is unusually tall, it is almost 6" from top of soil line to the top shoot of the meristem!

I've heard good things about this strain, though I don't think I've tried it. Indica dominant plants are always of interest.

Snafu! That idea about using the milkcrate is pretty smart! Ive always been thinking of a way to tie branches back to a smart-pot without tearing a hole in it. Does a milkcrate fit around it just right? Im gonna get some crates after work!!!!

i hope all is well on this day.
when doing a LST project it is in my humble opinion and through experimentation, it is crucial to top the plant to get that division split, it's alot easier than trying to bend the top around the bucket...when i clip the top that will be my next clone, i know people will say you should take your clones from the bottom, i say pooh pooh to that theory, i been takin tops for years, i find them to be alot more hardier than a bottom branch cuttin, and i got a 100% success rate with this technique. any help i can be along the way you know i'm there for ya Bruddah. but remember to take the top when its big enough to have a node at the cut point to help with the rootin. i never cut the bottoms anymore with my method of side lighting, (just refer to my easy LSTn' jam grape "Gail" thread), with side lighting my bottom branches gave me 3 ounces of dried bud, and couchlock bud at that, cause i take the tops at one point, (50% clear/cloudy), and let the bottoms go for the time it takes to cure the tops, then they are cloudy/amber.
