Looking for cheap property to start residency

Please keep your eyes open for cheap run down or depressed property for me. I'm gonna visit in may/june and would like to be able to start residency then.. If it had a barn or garage to store my mustang and some stuff in while I'm hunting for the dream house or location (even if it needs a bunch of work) that would be a bonus.

are there any local papers or sites other than craigslist I could check?

You didn't mention where in Colorado you are looking to take up residence, so not sure if Canon City would peak your interest. I can tell you that Canon City's real estate market is such that there are any number of properties that fit your specifications both within and without of the city limits. I assume there are cheap properties all over Colorado, I'll buy anywhere that's cheap and then look for the dream house (or build one). Just keep your eyes open peeps, maybe someone knows somebody is needing cabbage or wants a cool neighbor,... just lemmee know...
