I have no real leaks on mine, sometimes when taking bowl off and adding mouth piece I loose a bit,but when clean, mine is the bomb, just loveit, since expo also using my temps much more, some strong ass hits can be had at 375 or even a bit higher, enjoy and let us know how company handels this situation, peace
holy crap I wasnt really expecting much but they are sending me a new valve housing unit not sure which one if its an easy valve or solid valve pretty sure i stated it. We will see how long it takes to get here.
Great news and good karma for the company. The best way to attract new customers is to treat your current ones like they matter to you.
In the meantime you may want to try wiping down the parts to the mouthpiece. If a cloth won't do it than maybe a bottle brush from the local dollar store.
I would suggest rubbing alcohol on anything but plastic as I've learned from experience that it will dissolve some plastics used in the tobacco pipe industry. Naturally as it comes in a plastic bottle there are some that are resistant to it but I've seen a small waterpipe go from mint to cracked & crumbling in 3 iso washes.
I don't have a 'cano, but it stands to reason that a bit of oil and a few crumbs of shake could be keeping the mouthpiece from properly sealing.

Thank You for using S.h.a.d.i.m.a.r.: the world's most poorly coded chatbot.
Substantially Humanlike Application Determined Insufficient Mediocre And Relatively annoying.
I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more cowbell.
For the price of what they actually sell? They damn well better replace what breaks on it, for life. Their profit margin on that must be iiiimpressive!!
When you want to change your bags on the cheap, I hear that turkey bags for ovens are the same stuff and work fine.
Oven bags work quite well. On the older analog volcano they also use security head fasteners and a truly poorly designed set screw assembly on the temperature control knob. Other than those minor annoyances the machine works well and the distibutor is local so service is great.
