Can Anyone Help Please
Let's just say I was fortunate enough to get my hands on one of Marco's Roor Bong kits and am needing to order one of these:

Can someone please tell me what size I need to get? I've sent 3 e-mails to Roor and have gotten nothing so I felt it best to come here and ask.
I thank anyone for the help. I would measure my diffuser but my ass broke it while trying to clean it.

Well if I am not mistaken the size is on the invoice that was included with the package.
They are extremely busy at Roor but that is no excuse for not answering emails.
Send an email to Kontakt@roor.de and CC it to weedmaster@treatingyourself.com letting them know that you are a winner of the TY set and you need to know what size to order for your TY RooR bong

I'm a damn Yank Marco and have been married for almost 3 decades so I'm used to getting ignored lol. Your staff has been good enough to assist me Marco and I gotta say you have some great people in your employ.
He's told me my diffuser is in fact and 11.5 and I'm guessing of the 3 listed it's gonna be the smaller of the 3 so I almost got my Roor back. It's useless without the diffuser and the ash catcher imho is a must have.

Im also a proud owner of the TY RooR and i think the size is 14.5mm, im hopefully getting the ash catcher attachment with the TY logo on for an extra $15, glad your getting it sorted i would cry if anything happened to mine

Yes sir you are correct and it's ORDERED. The damn thing is damn near useless without it and for those in the future I broke mine by putting inside the bong itself to soak in alcohol and sea salt and it got caught in between the notches for the ice cubes and would not come out and was (sorry I gotta shed a tear) broken trying to get it out.
