Marc Paquette: As it concerns the protection of Terry Parker's 'constitutional medical marijuana exemption' in 2002, I wholeheartedly believe that Alan Young did not make any mistake when he joined the Crown against Terry to successfully terminate his constitutional right. He had his reasons to justify what he did.

Jct: Yes, he wrote a letter stating "I went to Parker's hearing to ensure Turmel's motion to invalidate the law did not proceed" to the Marijuana Party Convention that year. And he successfully put off the Terry Parker Day declaration of invalidity to Oct 7, 2003 when the Court agreed the law had been dead and quashed J.P.'s charge. At the same time, Alan Young's Hitzig decision fixed the MMAR and he went on TV that night announcing his fix had revived the prohibition on marijuana possession! Oops. And Marco financed that oops. I just hope he isn't financing another "ooops" by the Court Clutz Ganja Gilligan Young.

Also, in this same letter addressed to the Marijuana Party and read by Marc Boris Saint-Maurice, Alan Young said that he would end marijuana prohibition in court within a year - sad joke that was.

I remember these words, as I was there at the Concordia University (Montreal) with John Turmel (tippy toes Turmel lol ), his Mom and his brother.

Well, that was more than a decade ago, but those who were there remember these words.

Honestly most people should be aware that this is in fact the INTERNET and it is PUBLIC. I don't foresee limited guest activity in TY's future, especially the seed section. The whole point is to provide info to the public, just be smart and don't post personal info. :nono: But I will run it by Marco.

Well, if public coverage is important here, and you don't forsee limited guest actitivity, then you shouldn't force any human guests to register just for being able to read full articles with links and see pictures.

As an example, I posted an article on TY's News section this morning, and it's full of [Only Registered Users Can See Links Click Here To Register] if we are not logged in.

I have disabled the guest see no links feature. I think it is safe to say the the spam management system is working effectively at stopping new spammers. There may still be active bots in the member list, so there may be a stray spammer until we flush them out of the registered members.

Also it is great to see the TY is picking up steam again! We've come a long way, but there is still some work to do! Even great to see some older members returning as well.

Hoping not too much longer to be back full swing. I'll be honest, i have a lot of pots on the stove so to speak and none of them are my actual stove, well only because my kitchen gutted right now. Been with out a kitchen for too long now, but will maybe share some pics.

I also have a lot of personal turmoil in my life right now, and all I can say is comes down to a woman that I am kinda tied to for life. I may shed more light on that later on, but may take some time. Even as I consider most like family here, this is something that only a few of my family members and very close friends know about and are supporting me.

So bear with me, I'm about a good 3 weeks or so before I can slow down a little. lol! Kitchen, remodels are a pita!!!!:nono:

Hoping not too much longer to be back full swing. I'll be honest, i have a lot of pots on the stove so to speak and none of them are my actual stove, well only because my kitchen gutted right now. Been with out a kitchen for too long now, but will maybe share some pics.

Dam LT I had NO CLUE that you were redoing your kitchen! I know how much hell that can be as scrumptious and I were without a kitchen in our condo for at least 2 months. We have since moved out of the condo but are now living with construction going on in and out of our new home ( new to us but is over 40 yrs old )

Hang in there things will only get better!

Let me know if there is anything that I can do to make life easier for you with your mrs.

Yeah, thats why I cracked down and got TY going to where there wasn't many issues before I started the kitchen project! :2guns:I knew the next month or two was gonna be a busy time. Just didn't expect to throw my back out, figured my knee would of went first. LoL

Sadly I cannot afford to stay elsewhere at this point. I have owned this house for over 2 years now, the upstairs is almost complete except for carpet and finishing up some trim work. After I finish the kitchen, there are only two rooms left to remodel and then have completely remodeled both houses by myself! This will be the second home I have remodeled within 5 years. My body just can't take it anymore so this will be the last one!!!!

The deed for it says it was built in 1900, and it needed some generous loving care after many years of abuse. When I bought it the second floor was almost ready to collapse in after someone removed some shoring posts in the basement to open it up down there. Granted there was a "engineering error" with the way the load bearing wall was placed about 6 in off the main support beam!!! Design flaw, LoL. Stupid kit houses from a catalog.

I have to say it is funny you mention the "mrs", I will be legally married for 4 yrs on the 14th this month. We haven't been together in over two (three soon). lol But I have know her since I was 17. Just a little insight to a bit of my turmoil currently! I may have to take you up on that offer sometime.

When I have a little more time I will PM and give you a little bit of info as I feel You should kinda know since you are sorta my boss. But my kiddo needs to get up and have some breakfast, and I have a mile long list of things to get done today. I may not be able to get back on the puter until late.

Dam LT I had no clue as to the mrs issue! I was with my mrs for 7 yrs but only married for 2. My ex left me when all hell broke loose in 2005. I have been with scrumptious for 7 yrs now and I think that we will elope at xmas as we have been through thick and thin together.
