Vapor reclaim

I don't know how popular Vapor rigs are here, but I have become attracted to them lately due to the potency of extracts, making medicating easier, requiring no plant material to be burned and a very small amount to be smoked.

But when using one, they get dirty quickly, probably due of how resinous concentrate smoke is. But with nothing being burned other than pure thc I always thought it a waste to throw away the solution. So I now clean my Vapor rig out (99% ISO), and double-broil the solution down until the ISO is all evaporated. The finished reclaimed oil (reclaim) is dark, and doesn't taste great, some people smoke it, but with taste involved, I avoid it.

But making THC butter out of it is amazingly simple. Double-broil butter till melted, mix in reclaim, stir for 10, let cool and bake. No bad taste at all, can barely tell they are canna infused, and .1 is a good dose.

You're left with a clean rig to use, and a batch of cookies that medicate well, taste good, and no wasted product. Some people are a little turned off by the reclaim process, but the end result is an amazing edible. What I use to throw away makes edibles for 2 weeks.

Good idea, we reclaim our oil for sleep and evening meds for our Alzheimers paitent! In Holy Shit sublingual formulation, it doesn't have a bad taste.

Never heard of doing that Graywolf, going to have to try it out this spring. Definitely sounds like it onsets sooner, which is nice. Just starting to bake, it's bho coconut oil next time for cookies, as apparently the thc is much better absorbed into the coconut oil. So much to learn.

I found a picture of your formula on uk420 and I was wondering, is it quite runny/water-like in its consistency? I would be worried about losing yield in the container/dropper.

Neither HAOO or Holy Shit are runny like water, and how well it flows is temperature dependent.
In winter temperatures, you may have to warm it under hot water or put it under your arm to warm it up enough to dispense.

It will dispense a drop aproximately three times the hole size in the dropper. The dropper I use dispenses aproximately 100 mg per drop.

As far as gleaning the last bit out of the bottle, you can heat it in hot water and the oil will become thin and more water like.
