Default If I were 6 Inches Tall...

I would put on my TY Elf work clothes and get to work in the garden. But before I begin this tale of daily toils, I must first imbibe in the herbal medicine collected the day before. A nice present of beaver dander from my friend along the creek, Stinky. Vaping in my custom made mini volcano always gets me going for my busy day.
Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to work we go! Enter the lowryder garden, a beautiful maze like garden, watched by gnomes. (don't confuse elves and gnomes) I can tend the lowryder plants on my own, closely checking the lower leaves for pests or any signs of deficencies. Removing dying and older leaves, using my nail clippers to trim and prune to perfection. It's feeding day today, one more feeding before "le cul de sac" begins. (culling of males)
The larger lowryder crosses are more work, and once taller require the help of our resident security specialist Gege the Boston Terrier. She keeps a good eye and ear on the garden for us, and helps with all the heavy work. Today she's gonna help us tie down some tall branches, pulling on the ropes and holding the upper branches for us to tie down.
    Lunch time!
As usual what an appetite I've built up, looks like massive Elven portions again! Smoking my wongbong mini-spoon pipe after lunch under the shade of the lowryders is so relaxing. (but careful when the seeds are ripe though, woke me up like Isaac Newton with a thump on the head once!)
After lunch we'll hook up and slowly draw the water cart through the fertile rows, nourishing our towering, prized beauties. Finishing a wee bit early we gather firewood for our nightly dinner and bonfire.
These bonfires keep us elves in touch with each other, and are our main form of socializing. The best bonfires are during harvest season where we rejoice and share our crops. It was at one of these festive gatherings I met an elf from a far off land who gave me magic beans that would grow larger than anything we had ever grown. This huge plant was so sticky weaker elves had to be pulled from it's glistening glands. This plant is a labour of love for elves everywhere. This plant is SensiSeeds Hash Plant!

Default Every mornings another couch adventure.

I have read the rules. They’re about 20 times as long as my attention span.

And I obviously can’t read directions, but I figured you could use another entry. So here’s an inappropriate shallow crater haiku wanta-be type deal.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    TOO INCHES DEEP

I’m too inches deep, and six inches tall. I stare at the ceiling, might as well be a wall.

I lay there trapped, flat on my back. My own captive, for the effort I lack. Reaching across like a climber, scaling for height. Clawing out of the hole, I sunk into last night. Lying to myself, knowing what comes next. I embrace my curse, my black lucks hex. Pulling over, not up as I’d like. Those days are over, like resting at night. Waves crash over coral, over skull, over brain. Hands clench something, tearing arms pull against endless drain.

I push at my captive, fighting upward, I strain. Glancing about, familiar terrain, trembling and pain. I twist slowly wrestling, cruel gravity, my self. I slide leg over cliffs mocking shelf. I lean up straight. It comes slowly, I wait.

Knees braced under head. Oaths unsaid, leaning into my dread. Balancing falling, slithering straight. Aches negotiate. Boiling water runs this way, and that. Bite down hard and swallow, words better not spat. Stretching, faining vigor. A whisper, this is rigor.

The ground pounds, up like a sledge. Sliding the wall, anything for a ledge.

I plunge too hard, flop to a slouch. Too inches deep, this time in the couch. Shaking hands fumble pipe, soft smoke for head. Worst of it’s over, escaping the bed.

I lean back my head against wall. From the base to the top its six inches tall.

I stare at the ceiling, trying not to think. Just another morning, been like this all week.

Default i have read the rules

I need a scuba diving set, 44gal drum of vascaline and a playboy bunny ..hehe just kidding
I would travel the world, hitching rides in peoples suitcases from country to country. Probably end up in Amsterdam, where people would be less likely to notice/care that I am only 6" tall. There, I would set up shop as a master dooby tailor, my tiny hands would craft spliffs of the finest standard, and people would come from far and wide to experience the smoke of the 6" Man.
I would be a happy little man, running the shop by day and spending the evenings amongst my tree's, with a campfire and pet ladybug to keep me company.
The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quiet, alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature.

If i were 6 inches tall i would be a marijuana gnome. I would build a treehouse on the branches of marijuana plants. Being this small i can now take care of the plants with sufficient care fighting off pests and decay by sliding down and climibing up the stems of the plant.

Thanks alot Buddyh, you have just made me six inches tall. That's about an inch taller than the average can of soda-pop. Where do I want to be? Well, let me ask you this. Where is safe? I can be squished flat by anyone just walking by. Birds can grab me and take me up in the air. Cats & rats and snakes. Don't even get me started on that. So, you can rule out living or even going outside much. Crowds and people in general must be avoided. How do I make a living? Side-show's, Leno? What do I wear, doll clothes? Where do I use the facilities? What facilities, a shot-glass? Adventure my golf-ball sized ass. More like a scramble for survival.

If I was only 6" tall, I'd wanna be one of those little plastic wind up bouncing peckers. I think I'd get alot more action if I were one of those and enjoy it. With my body in as much pain as it has been recently and no urge for it, it just isn't that much fun for me or my wife.
