Well I just spent 10 days in Denver earlier this month and the wife and I would move there in a second,we are actually looking to possibly make our move in a few years,I wheeled(in my wheelchair)around the entire city, toked up almost anywhere I wanted(even in the Rockies stadium)so how can anyone bitch about that state,I know our friend Milkcrate had trouble, but it seems that his situation was a bit diff,so please don't diss colorodo there laws aren't perfect yet but they are going in the right direction, can you all imagine if Calli really does pass a state wide law that lets anyone over 18 to legally toke,do you have any idea how many pot heads that will create, all of us that use this great plant medically sure don't want just anyone using, and the black market will get bigger than ever,so please Cali think before you vote, nuff said, peace all

i am not saying roll over and stop the fight, but what I am saying is learn to fight in beneficial ways that will further the cause and not hinder it !
This year is an election year and there are plenty of people on the box that are pro states rights and will fight for the mmj movement, time to get out and do your homework and put your vote in for the person/s that will further our cause for the patient and not for the people that make the rules that have no clue!
we hold the power in our votes to change things, but if you dont vote you will never have a say no matter how loud your bitching!

I thought EVERY American ALWAYS voted! But, it seems I always end up with a politician! When it is all said and done, they ALL feed at the same hog wollow. All I am saying is this:
I would be dead now if I had to jump through all the hoops that the current law requires...IF...this was the process I needed follow to get my heart medication! Instead I have it sent to me in the mail! WOW!
I love the See-Alice commercials for sexual disfu*kion...the ad says something like...If you experience any sudden decrease in VISION or HEARING, call your doctor....
Okay, tell me how is this "suddenly blind guy" going to find the phone?!? Oh, he can't hear! I think that makes a difference when talking on the phone.....And, he is now in his 5th hour of erection that may cause serious damage! Sounds like a good time to me But, they will send it to you in the mail!
For my arthritis...EVERYTHING offered by big meds is so toxic! It messes with your heart BIG TIME, but they will send it to me in the mail. WOOPEEEEE!
They even make a pill to help stop the sores that appear all over your body caused by the pain meds...but it is toxic too. WOOPPPEEEEE!
Too bad you couldn't find a plant that wasn't toxic that could provide safe relief. Just think, you could grow it anywhere for FREE! That's what free people can do.
Yes, I vote...(says the slave)

hmm...
i hope everyone has had a nice day. Audioworks, i sympathize with you on the daily efforts endured with pain. i may be missing something here i guess, but as i understand you have a mmj card, so find a strain that helps you and find a grower to do it for you if you are not able and that will bring the cost of your meds down considerably.
i am surely not a "slave" as you put it, and do educate myself on the facts of the issues that affect my life and i find a person who is running for an assembly, senate, county or town/city legislature, and i see where their stand is on these issues, after all these people speak on your behalf, so make sure ya support who you like. it may not be a perfect system we live in but its the one we got. not all politicians are corrupt, unfortunatly the good ones seem to be out numbered by the questionable ones, but if ya look hard enough you'll find em. join an advocates group and start spreading the solutions to all of the troubles that concern you, instead of just dwelling on whats wrong. i don't mean any disrespect, we all know whats wrong...shitty government and idiot politicians so lets try to fix it.
i don't know bout you but MY glass if half full...
i recall a bumper sticker that came out in the 70's....

...And your chains will allow you only to the bars of your cage...we are all having our chains yanked by those that RULE the slaves. We never hear the truth from them...eventhough you can see their lips move! and they DON'T EVEN CARE! You are correct in your statement "unfortunatly the good ones seem to be out numbered by the questionable ones". There may be 1 good one...but you'll have to look pretty hard to find that 1.
Plus, if we were free people, your glass would be full, not just half....why is half ok?
This system that has evolved here in Colorado is more and more pulling in the chains that we were already wearing before ammendment was passed. We need a class action lawsuit to protect us from all those "questionable ones", as you called them, that want YOU to serve them...that's backwards!
Maybe it is too late for freedom...what do you think? Will, "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results" become the sanity standard in this new world we have created?!? That's backwards too...in fact slavery IS backwards!

i hope all is well today.
Well, Audio...sounds to me like there is going to be nothing that anyone will be able to say to comfort you or ease your dilema i guess. you really have never said what you plan to acccomplish with the "class action suit"...and to whom will the litigation be directed at, the state of Colorado, or the U.S. Gov. itself? and under what allegations would be on the petiton to file in court? and what are you seeking in general? you spoke of chains and being a slave and of freedom, freedom to grow meds? or just the freedom to do whatever you want. freedom to hunt, fish, trap, homestead, no taxes or ya want to get rid of the government alltogether? you realize your own tax dollars will be used to argue against your "petiton" whomever you direct this to, plus out of pocket expenses for your own team of Esquire. and further , class action means others agree to your actions as to be included as a plaintiff/petitoner. sorry, but we dont even know what your specifically upset about. i'm sure a solution can arise with all the knowledge and experience within the TY Family. we would all love to help.
running to court, (created by the very people i think your upset at), will accomplish nothing, and waste alot of time and money... in the meantime, let's use this momentum and positive energy to come with options and remedies.
i think anyone who read my "glass half full" analogy knew exactly what i meant...you unfortunatly did not, sorry about that, meant no disrespect.
..i'm workin on gettin that other half...

I have to disagree with you on this. When alcohol prohibition was repealed, the criminals peddling booze had to turn to other drugs to make their money. If you can buy from 7-11, why would you buy from gun toting homie on the street? Also, like booze, anyone can do it, but not many are very good at it, so culturally we allow ourselves to be supplied by those who can do it well. Good old supply side ecomonics. Besides I met a grower in Denver who used to grow for mexican mafia, and saw our new law as his ticket out of that lifestyle. No, legalization would be an amazing economic boon, create a multitude of jobs, and remove another cash crop from the criminals.

well for almost 40 years of smoking this plant I must once again disagree,if you let anyone over 18 use this drug you will have a country full of pot heads, this drug is not for everyone, and especially young kids that have no clue what it meens to use this drug safely, that and every gang in the country will continue to black market this drug.No cali needs to rethink that proposal, the only real winners are the dispensary owners, some as much as 100,000.00 a month,so thats my opinion, peace
